THEODORE GINSBURG
I am a highly driven student of architecture focusing on enabling creative problem solving within the built environment. I am committed to reshaping the traditional structure of architect, developer, and contractor to create a system that is more efficient and productive. My career goal is to use my training in design and my intense focus in finance to push beyond commodity-type real estate to curate one of one experiences through the built environment.
I completed my BFA in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design, completed all my professional licensure exams 13 years ahead of the national average, and received multiple honorable mentions from the International Design Awards (IDA) for my project, Sforza. By May 2026, I will receive my NCARB certification.
